Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload trucks and organize products in designated warehouse zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery targets
- Adhere to 5S protocols for workplace organization and safety compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with experience using inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
