Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Load/unload trucks with proper lifting techniques and teamwork
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE usage and hazard reporting
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory and shipping documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled warehouse)
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment after training
