Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts
- Load/unload freight trucks safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Perform general warehouse cleanup and organization duties
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper technique
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
