Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and manage inventory flow
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (certification provided)
- Pick/pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Team-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
