Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified safety practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Enforce 5S standards for workplace cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid California driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
