Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, organize, and track inventory using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load/unload shipments
- Inspect incoming/outgoing goods for accuracy and damage
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Use hand tools and equipment for packaging and assembly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
