Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and package products to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and responsibly
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support receiving processes including unloading trucks and verifying shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
