Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning, labeling, and stock rotation systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct daily inspections
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with precision and timeliness
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (training provided)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with frequent standing/walking
- Forklift certification a plus (we offer certification for qualified candidates)
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills essential
