Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products within the warehouse and to and from loading docks, vehicles, and storage areas.
- Perform order picking and packing duties with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update stock levels.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and computer literacy skills.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a significant plus.
