Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using barcode scanning systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation systems
- Unload and sort incoming shipments while documenting discrepancies
- Maintain clean, safe workspace following OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with quality control checks on outgoing products
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexible availability including weekends
