Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for timely dispatch
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training included)
- Maintain organized inventory in our WMS system
- Conduct cycle counts and quality control checks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone navigation
- Reliable transportation to our north Omaha facility
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
