Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy to meet daily targets
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces through daily 5S protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits monthly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid state-issued driver's license (forklift certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
