Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed using warehouse management systems.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (certification required or provided).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in receiving and checking incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on the role.
