Job Overview
As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that products are received, inspected, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately to meet our customer demands.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts using handheld scanning tools.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
