Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Manage inventory control and stock rotation in climate-controlled facility
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in regular safety briefings and compliance checks
- Support receiving processes and quality inspections
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
