Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using warehouse management systems
- Efficiently pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments for delivery
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Document transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime as operational needs require
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (coolers/freezers as needed)
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (forklift, etc.)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
