Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Tools: Familiarity with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to teamwork, punctuality, and safety.
