Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment after paid certification
- Accurately scan, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory with cycle counting and stock rotation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Support facility maintenance and housekeeping duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper training
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification program
- Basic math skills for inventory and shipping documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
