Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and stage incoming and outgoing shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to strict quality and speed standards.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and manage inventory records to ensure stock accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines, maintain a clean workspace, and report hazardous conditions immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Certifications: Valid Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
