Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy for same-day shipping
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts weekly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in a temperature-controlled warehouse
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPI targets
- Assist in loading outbound shipments and managing dock schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
