Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract shipments and operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Perform accurate inventory counts, scanning, and cycle counting using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain 5S compliance and organize warehouse zones for optimal workflow
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and accident prevention measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Operate warehouse management system (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory counting experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail with error prevention mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
