Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts
- Package and label products according to specifications
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Complete quality checks on processed materials
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to the 850 Logistics Drive location
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (5 AM - 1 PM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
