- Load/unload trucks and sort inventory using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (certification training provided)
- Pick/pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain organized stock areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass background/drug screening (pre-employment)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
