Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Execute precise inventory movements and stock rotation using RF scanners
- Maintain OSHA compliance through rigorous equipment inspections and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend loading dock operations
- Document all material movements using our digital inventory management system
- Support warehouse cleanliness initiatives and 5S methodology implementation
- Participate in quarterly safety certifications and equipment recertification
Qualifications
- OSHA-certified forklift license or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong working knowledge of WMS systems and RF technology
- Excellent spatial awareness and depth perception
- Proven commitment to workplace safety standards
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
