Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs immediately
- Load/unload shipments while verifying inventory accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with weekend team members to meet production goals
- Complete digital paperwork for inventory and shift reports
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
