Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets, raw materials, and finished goods
- Load/unload trucks and containers with efficiency and accuracy
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain organized inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with weekend shift team members for operational coordination
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM-6 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
