Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled warehouse
- Execute precise loading/unloading of freight trucks using pallet jacks and dock equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via RF scanning technology
- Adhere to OSHA/ANSI safety protocols for material handling operations
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets
- Document warehouse activities in digital inventory management systems
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (certification test provided if unlicensed)
- Minimum 2 years industrial equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Familiarity with WMS inventory systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun 6AM-4PM) with holiday flexibility
- Pass pre-employment background/driving record check
- Texas state ID or driver's license required
