Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Perform daily safety inspections and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Accurately document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in maintaining organized and efficient storage areas
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
