Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on all machinery to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and updating the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred or equivalent on-the-job training).
- Previous experience operating stand-up, sit-down, or reach trucks in a warehouse environment.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
