Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure safety compliance and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and perform cycle counts as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly to prevent accidents.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Previous experience operating a forklift (Counterbalance or Reach Truck) is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
