Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks with precision while adhering to safety protocols
- Inventory management using RF scanning systems and digital tracking tools
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Complete daily inspection reports and maintenance logs
- Train on new equipment technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 12-hour shifts
- Proficiency in inventory scanning systems (RF scanners)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance focus
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
