Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Class A, B, or C) and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock placement adheres to organizational standards.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of potential hazards or debris.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as required by management.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL/Class A/B/C) is mandatory.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of safety.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory scanning systems.
