Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized goods safely
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely material flow
- Complete accurate documentation of daily activities
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pre-employment drug screening required
