Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital pick lists
- Inspect products for quality and verify quantities against packing slips
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Punctual and reliable weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training available)
