Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas throughout shifts
- Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
