Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Process returns and damaged goods according to procedures
- Support cycle count activities during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (preferred for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and occasional holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
