Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Inspect products for quality control and damage before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with safety regulations.
- Scan and label packages using handheld scanners efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
