Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from warehouse shelves according to pick tickets.
- Package items securely using appropriate packing materials and techniques.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment (tuggers, pallet jacks).
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to read pick lists and labels.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
