Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities and ensure proper labeling before shipment.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow pick tickets and labels.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
