Responsibilities
- Select and verify items for customer orders using scanning equipment and pick lists.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to ensure damage-free transit.
- Label packages correctly and stage them for shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
