As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer a dynamic work environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organization within the storage aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets our high-quality standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety instructions and pick lists.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
