Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify items against customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all packages are securely sealed and labeled before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing stock for damage or errors.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate powered industrial trucks or pallet jacks (if certified).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to read order tickets and labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
