Your Mission
As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in getting products to our customers accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Sort and stage inventory for shipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning devices.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
