Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory status and updates.
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation (FIFO).
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly on an intermittent basis.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we train!
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
