Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and sort inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for timely weekend deliveries
- Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Maintain organized, clean warehouse spaces following 5S principles
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with precision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend operational targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and RF technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
