Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and sort inbound freight for quality control and proper labeling
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment efficiently while minimizing product damage
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (forklift operation certification provided)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
