Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect goods for quality control and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend operational targets
- Document inventory movements and maintain accurate warehouse records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday availability for training
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not essential
