Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality control and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layout through strategic stocking and inventory rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend operations and meet productivity targets
- Document all transactions and inventory movements in digital tracking systems
- Participate in regular safety drills and maintain OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn inventory management software
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and potential holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
