Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy in WMS
- Optimize loading/unloading procedures to maximize dock efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain 5S workplace organization
- Train on new warehouse technologies and process improvements
- Support inventory reconciliation and quality control initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
