Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, and move products to and from the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor as required.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting, checking, and stocking of inventory to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor, ensuring proper storage of goods and efficient workflow.
- Equipment Handling: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse machinery and equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of punctuality and attendance.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to commute to the Austin facility.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning equipment.
